SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary. 

We estimate between 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to South Africa only.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@trulyvenus.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
